Hi! My name is Alyssa. I am a rising first-year student at the University of Florida majoring in biochemistry on a pre-med track. I graduated in the top 10% of my class and have prior experience tutoring peers and different grade levels in a variety of subjects, ranging from history to chemistry. My specialty is pre-algebra and algebra, but I can also instruct students in pre-calculus. Additionally, I enjoy helping others and creating a positive impact on students’ lives. I have a strong passion for volunteering, serving my community, and providing the same empathy back to society. Throughout my experiences as a soccer summer camp counselor, a retreat team leader for the last three years, and a soccer recreation counselor, I support students and provide helpful feedback to navigate their challenges.
