I am a public health major with a minor in gender, sexuality, and women’s studies. I have obtained a global health certificate and am on the pre-med track at the University of Pittsburgh. In the past, I worked as a tutor at Kumon and did volunteer tutoring since middle school. As a public health major, I have a strong foundation in the sciences, specifically genetics and biology. My global health certificate has afforded me a strong foundation in history as well. Furthermore, my minor is very writing-intensive, therefore I am confident I can help any student in English. French and the SAT are strong subjects for me as well. I like teaching by asking questions and helping students come to conclusions by themselves, acting as a guide. I have an immense love for learning, am very patient, and hope to help however I can!
