About Ella S.

I study Psychology and Spanish at St. Bonaventure University in Upstate, New York. I plan to get my masters in either Guidance Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Speech Pathology or ESL. I dream to get my PhD in Child Psychology. In this manner, I can use both my psychology degree and Spanish degree to use.
I have tutored the past semester in Elementary Spanish. I was also a Supplemental Instructor in Intermediate Spanish where I provided support to students through an hour session. Regarding other leadership experience, I founded a swim club at St. Bonaventure.
In my free time, I enjoy swimming, cycling, yoga and going on long walks. Indoors, I enjoy reading, writing and all areas of music.

Assisted the professor both in and out of class. I attended an intermediate Spanish class and then held sessions outside of class. These were once a week for an hour in which the students voluntarily showed up. I would give extra instruction on what was covered in class through exercises, and review sheets and practice writing. This was not tutoring in the sense that all students would receive the same instruction instead of personalized on-one-one instruction.
