Hello! My name is Somya, and I’m a rising senior at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in Biology and minoring in Women’s Studies, Chemistry, and Hindi. At the University of Pittsburgh, I work as a level II CRLA certified peer tutor, and I have more than 2 years of teaching assistant experience in biology and biochemistry. In addition, my gender studies minor is quite writing intensive, so I’m excited to help others improve their understanding of natural science and writing skills!
